We cannot offer a conference rate at this time due to constantly changing rules and restrictions from covid-19 and its variants. However, cancellation policies for many of the above hotels allow guests to cancel their registration up to 48 hours in advance of their stay. If we end up having to cancel the conference, attendees will have at least 10 days notice prior.

Parking

Parking will be available for free at the West Stadium Parking Complex, located by Lawlor Events Center. If you are heading North on Virginia St., the West Stadium Complex is the first turn (at the roundabout) after passing Lawlor, just past E. 15th St. If heading West down Virginia St., turn left at the roundabout.

Parking codes will be distributed 1 week prior to the conference.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Switching registrations: registrations can be switched from one person to another who is not able to attend prior to February 5, 2024.

Refunds and individual cancellations: participants who cancel their registration prior to Sunday, January 26, 2024, will receive full refunds. Anyone wishing to cancel later than this date cannot be refunded, but will instead have free conference registration to a future conference event the network holds.

Conference Cancellation: Although not anticipated, if the Network cancels the conference due to constantly changing local and state restrictions due to covid-19, we will refund all conference registrations.
